On Site embroidery is one of our customization options making in person events a little extra special. We are so fortunate to partner with amazing clients like New Era at heavy hitting events like the Major League Baseball All Star Game.

the Ink Wells live on site embroidery team created over 1500 caps with custom embroidery and patches. caps were created for all ages and allowed the consumers to design their own unique product using custom design tools. these tools add a deep connection with the brand and their experience.

A Live Stream connected to our machine allowed guests to see the Live Embroidery in action on a large screen. Our setup included two dual cap presses, Our exclusive Live Design Studio for on location guest creation and a 10 Needle embroidery machine for customization.

Our embroidery equipment allows for customization on the front, sides and back of caps. We can use special techniques such as puff embroidery, up to 10 colors and run at 1200 stitches per minute. We can create custom embroidery at your activation and love working with new partners all over the world.
